// for hitloopers

Get paid for the work you'd do anyway.

You already poke at other builders' products. You already write up the bugs. Now it's a reciprocal work-exchange marketplace where founders — AI agent shops, indie SaaS, even the occasional dog-groomer redesign — pay you to do it on video. Stripe deposits land the next business day.

// what you can earn · per session

The math on a 30-minute session.

Hitloopers keep 85% of the deposit on every accepted submission. Stripe Connect fees apply (~2.9% + $0.30 on the transfer side), so what hits your bank is roughly the numbers below.

// quick task · 20m
$21.25

About $63/hour at standard pace. Lowest-friction claim. Good entry point if you're below reputation 20.

// standard usability · 30m
$42.50

The workhorse. Roughly $85/hour. About half the projects on the platform are this template.

// deep dive / agent stress · 45–60m
$63.75– $85

Gated to rep 20+. The higher-stakes claims. About $90/hour and you build reputation faster.

// claiming work · 4 steps

From feed to filed in about 40 minutes.

The marketplace feed is filtered to your skills by default. Click claim. The Durable Object locks the project to you. You have 72 hours to submit — usually it's done same-day.

Filter by skill, tier, or deposit. New projects ping in real-time. Median time-to-first-claim is under 10 minutes for matched skills.

One button. Atomic. If two of you click at once, the DO picks a winner — the other gets a clean "already claimed" with one fewer click than you spent on the failed claim.
// 03 · record
Run the session
Browser screen + mic. No install. Start recording, do the work, narrate as you go. Stop. Fill out the deliverable form.
// 04 · submit
Hit submit, wait 72h
The requester reviews within 72 hours. Auto-accepts if they ghost. AI scoring runs in parallel — high scores compound your reputation.
// what gets you paid · vs flagged

What a good submission actually looks like.

The AI scorer reads the transcript + deliverable and gates the auto-accept path. Submissions below 50 don't auto-accept — they queue for human review, which usually goes badly. Aim higher.

Heads-up: that human-review queue is staffed by other HITLoopers. We post flagged submissions as a short internal-only template that rep 20+ HITLoopers can claim and adjudicate — we eat our own dog food.

Good — ai 80+

  • Your voice on the line for >80% of the session. Narrate what you're trying to do, what you expected, what surprised you.
  • Specific clicks, not vibes. "I clicked Continue at 04:12 and got a blank screen" beats "the onboarding felt confusing."
  • All the friction tags filled, even if a few are 'none'. The structured fields are how the requester scans your work in 90 seconds.
  • One concrete fix per finding. You don't have to be right — being specific is what counts.

Flagged — ai <50

  • Silent video. No audio means the scorer has no transcript to work with — automatic flag.
  • Session under the minimum duration. 12 minutes on a 30-min template tells the requester you skimmed.
  • Generic findings. "Make the UI cleaner" without saying which UI or what about it triggers low substance + originality scores.
  • Empty deliverable fields. The form exists so the requester doesn't have to watch the whole video — leaving it blank wastes their time.
// payouts · stripe connect express

Bank in 24 hours. No invoicing.

Verify once with Stripe (ID + bank info, ~5 minutes). Every accepted submission triggers a transfer to your connected account on the same workflow run that accepts the work.

You don't bill anyone. You don't chase anyone. The platform settles, takes its 15%, sends the rest your way.

deposit · standard usability$50.00
platform fee · 15%−$7.50
stripe transfer · acct_•••8421$42.50
→ to your bank$42.50
// reputation · three tiers

Three badges. No popularity contest.

Reputation scales with payout × AI score. A $50 task at AI 80 earns +6; a $100 task at AI 100 caps at +20; every accepted task earns at least +1. A 5★ review adds another +10; a 1★ docks 10. Dispute lost = −10. No likes, no follows, no streaks.
